Plan B Coaching exists for the moments when life doesn’t go to plan — when the script you were following suddenly stops making sense.
I’ve lived that plot twist myself, so I don’t coach from theory. I coach from real, messy, meaningful experience.
Here, you’ll find support that’s flexible, honest and grounded.
No pressure. No toxic positivity. No “push through.”
Just a space where you get to flip the script on how you see yourself, your limits and your future.
This is coaching designed to help you reframe, rebuild and reclaim your life — one chapter at a time.
For anyone navigating diagnosis or identity changes.
We flip the script on overwhelm by giving you clarity, confidence and practical tools to create a life that feels manageable — and meaningful — again.

Hey! I’m Amanda, founder of Plan B Coaching, where I help people build resilience and confidence through life’s twists and turns. With a background in leadership and mindset coaching, I support clients to “flip the script” — turning change, setback or uncertainty into opportunity. I created Plan B Coaching after learning first-hand that life doesn’t always follow the script we imagined. Through my own journey of reinvention, I discovered the power of resilience, self-belief and reframing. Now, as a qualified coach with experience in leadership and personal development, I help others find their footing, regain confidence and rewrite their own next chapter — with compassion, honesty and hope.
about your coach
“I struggled to communicate effectively and my needs went unmet as I was always putting other people first. I am now capable of speaking up for myself and getting what I deserve. I feel less anxious and depressed. My outlook on life is much more positive and I feel much better. I feel brave pushing myself out of my comfort zone and feel excited rather than overwhelmed”.
Chloe
“I was struggling with a constant feeling of overwhelm with daily life and daily tasks, as well as feeling fearful and overwhelmed by the future as I couldn’t see a clear path. I have learned that it’s okay to not know exactly how the future looks, it’s safe and okay to be curious and try new things”.
